Making a Trading API call guide

The Trading API allows sellers to create and manage listings, manage inventory, fulfill orders, and communicate with customers. However, to perform each of these tasks call requests must be issued using request-response style operations. This guide provides an overview of the programmatic and technical information necessary to developing applications which will issue these calls.

• Call names are fairly self-explanatory and straightforward (e.g., AddItem which lists an item).

• The schema defines the messages that are used to access the eBay database.
